All A Capella

I'm back at the Majestic today. My day started off with a nice long wait in the subway station (25 minutes) where I went from having plenty of time to get to work to being very late for work. When I actually got on a train I was already 4 minutes late. I was fairly angry about it for a while, and then realized that I should have realized it would take longer than usual as it is Sunday. Oh well, in the end it really didn't matter, we had plenty of time to finish all that we needed to do.
That was followed by a whole lot of doing nothing. Epic nothing. Mike and I played hockey on our iPhones/Ipods.
Sidenote: Mike just mouthed the words Madonna's "Like a Prayer" to me as they sang it onstage, with a lot of emotion...
Where was I? Ah yes, we were really bored, but being bored is ok when you are getting paid for it. My next time waster was getting a sound meter for my iPhone and checking how loud the sound check for Pete Yorn was.
After all that, now Mike and I are hanging out backstage while the the A Capella is happening onstage. Though I am sure it sounds much better in the audience than it does back here with all the weird delay we get, it still sounds very good.
